Ayate Mitt

Description

The Ayate Exfoliating Sponge Mitt is a fiber woven cloth that comes from the Maguey (agave salminae) plant. A small strap is sewn to the outside of the mitt to help secure it to your hand when scrubbing. It feels good on the body as it stimulates and revitalizes the skin while removing dead cells. Better than a loofah or wash cloth because of its mildew resistance, it can be machine washed and can last for more than a year, even with daily usage. Additionally, the ayate can be used in the kitchen to scrub fruits and vegetables.
